“Midtown Health has been actively involved in the Building a Healthier Chicago initiative since its inception. They were instrumental in creating the Worksite Wellness track and co-authored the Worksite Wellness Assessment, Guide and Awards system that serves as a nationwide model for healthier communities. I am grateful for the enthusiasm and dedication Midtown Health has shown in giving back to the community.”
