Debra Siena is President of Midtown Health, the leader in health club management and employee wellness solutions that deliver healthy results.
Debra joined the Midtown Midtown in 1986. During her career, she has been involved in health club development, turnaround, and management of multiple fitness and wellness centers, ranging from 1,200 to 200,000 sq. ft. She is instrumental in the creation and execution of worksite wellbeing and medical integration initiatives.
Debra has been a featured speaker at wellness industry conventions since 1989, including the International Health Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), Club Industry, the Medical Fitness Association (MFA), Chicago Healthcare Executive Forum (CHEF), and the World Fitness IDEA convention, having presented in North America, Europe, South America and Asia.
Debra served on the IHRSA board of Directors from 2003 through 2007 and Co-Chaired the Worksite Wellness Committee for Building a Healthier Chicago from 2006 through 2012. She is a founding Board member of WIFA, the Women in Fitness Association, and a Best Practices Partner with the MFA.
Debra received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree “with Honors” from the University of Illinois in Champaign and taught Kinesiology at Columbia College.
